WARRANTY POLICY

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the product, improper use, or damage caused by not following the care or maintenance instructions of the products. The term of the warranty is counted from the day that the product is delivered to the customer.

The requirements to make it effective will be those established by the manufacturer or supplier on the invoice, or on the product body, sticker, instruction manual, packaging or similar.

The warranty for garments will be of 90 working days. For warranty purposes, you must send the request to GRUPO EMPRESARIAL CGN SAS through the e-mails available in the website CUGINICOL.COM or through our official accounts in social networks. E-mail: contacto@cuginicol.com / pqrs@cuginicol.com

Grupo Empresarial CGN SAS will have up to 10 business days to respond to the mail indicating the process you must follow, in the event that the warranty does not apply. We will generate a formal response explaining the reasons why it does not proceed and the product(s) will be returned to the initial shipping address.
