SHIPPING POLICIES

At the end of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and your order information, and we will process your order in a maximum of 48 business hours. After your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order with the shipping company.

Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of the purchase in our payment platform, which must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data provided by you, which may take up to one working day. At the time of payment approval, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation.

In WWW.CUGINICOL.COM we want to deliver your order in the shortest time possible, that is why our delivery promise is in the cities of Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga and Cucuta is from 3 to 7 business days. For the intermediate cities of the country from 5 to 10 working days, and for the rest of the cities, between 8 and 12 working days. During promotional events, the delivery time in any city of the country can be extended up to 15 working days.

Our commitment is to meet delivery times, therefore, if the day your order arrives you are not present to receive it, the shipping company will be authorized to leave it at the building reception of the address indicated, or leave the product with any person of legal age who is at the address registered at the time of purchase.

At the time of processing your purchase order, we will show you the shipping cost.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you about this and give you the option to either proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.

We will always try to fulfill your purchase orders, but our only responsibility to you when a product is no longer available (or if we are unable to supply you with a particular product for any reason), is to ensure that we do not charge you for the product. 

In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered to you for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. Because of the termination of the contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges without undue delay and in any event, not later than 30 days from the date on which we consider the contract to be terminated.

If the payment was made by credit card, a reversal of the payment will be requested. If the payment was made by debit card, we will send you a voucher for the value of your purchase to your email address.

Occasionally, some developments occur that prevent us from fulfilling our promise; however, we want to guarantee that this time will not exceed 30 days.

For delivery to other countries, you will be responsible for paying the customs charges, duties and taxes of that country.
