The consumer must return the item of clothing, without having used it, with all its internal and external labels and in the packaging in which it was received. The return of items that do not meet these characteristics will not be accepted.

According to the established laws by the consumer statute, it is understood the existence of the right of withdrawal, which gives the consumer the possibility to terminate the contract within a maximum term of five working days from the date of delivery of the order and the consumer must return the product in the same means and conditions in which it was received.

Once the good has been returned, in the same conditions in which it was delivered, the money will be refunded within the following thirty calendar days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify GRUPO EMPRESARIAL CGN SAS through the emails available on the website CUGINICOL.COM or through our official accounts on social networks. To meet the deadline of the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiration of the deadline.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will proceed to make the refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, if this is not possible we will make the refund through the option that the consumer chooses, within the options provided by the company. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. For such refund, the product must have been delivered.

For garments, it is important that washing instructions be followed exactly as indicated on the label. Each garment is thoroughly tested and each production lot is checked for quality before leaving the manufacturer. For accessories, it is important that the manufacturer’s instructions on usage restrictions be followed.

It is your responsibility, to take reasonable care of the product you have purchased. We are not responsible to you to the extent that the problem with your product be caused by improper use or care.

In the event where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not meet the provisions of the contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact channels (website emails, social networks), providing the product information, as well as the damage it suffers.

Upon delivery of the product, the returned product will be carefully examined and we will inform you via e-mail if the refund or replacement of the product is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you the e-mail confirming the refund or replacement of the defective item.
